The JLG X13SJP is an ultra-compact, lightweight tracked platform designed to access hard-to-reach areas indoors and outdoors. It incorporates rubber tracks, automatic stabilizers, self-propelled traction by an electric motor with lithium batteries and smart functions Go Home y Back to Work, which improve productivity and facilitate daily work. With a working height of 12.9 m and a capacity of 230 kg, it offers an excellent balance of performance, safety and ease of transport.
A lightweight platform for challenging access
The JLG X13SJP is an articulated tracked platform designed to work in confined spaces and hard-to-reach areas. Its operating weight of 2,050 kg eases transport and allows use on surfaces where reducing the machine’s imposed load is important.
Tracks for better mobility
The machine moves using low-profile rubber tracks that do not leave marks, a solution that improves traction and allows work both indoors and outdoors. The track width can be adjusted between 0.75 and 1.10 m, facilitating passage through narrow areas and increasing stability during movement.
Automatic stabilization
The JLG X13SJP incorporates automatic stabilizers operated by a single button. This system speeds up machine setup before raising the platform and helps achieve a firm, level base during work.
The total footprint of the stabilizers is 3.18 × 2.81 m.
Electric motor and lithium batteries
It is a platform self-propelled by a 2.2 kW AC electric motor, powered by lithium batteries of 48 V and 4.15 kWh.
This configuration provides quiet operation, no direct emissions and optimized energy consumption. The approximate recharge time is 4 hours, according to the manufacturer’s technical data sheet.
Working height and reach
The JLG X13SJP reaches a maximum working height of 12.9 m and a platform height of 10.9 m.
Its horizontal outreach is 5.75 m, while the horizontal working reach reaches 6.4 m, including the additional outreach beyond the platform. It maintains an unrestricted load capacity of 230 kg, enough for two people and their tools.
Access through narrow spaces
Without the platform installed, the machine has a width of only 748 mm, allowing it to pass through narrow doors and corridors. With the basket fitted, its width is 1.30 m.
Additionally, the platform is designed for easy removal and replacement, simplifying transport and access to certain work areas.
Go Home and Back to Work functions
The JLG X13SJP includes two functions that reduce maneuvers and improve productivity:
Go Home allows returning the lifting structure to the transport position automatically.
Back to Work allows recovering the previous working position, preventing the operator from having to manually repeat all boom movements.
Precise movements and increased safety
Fully proportional controls allow smooth movements and precise basket placement. The machine also includes a load detection system, emergency descent, automatic shutdown when operating outside the permitted level, and the active protection system SkyGuard Skyline.
